My partner just switched to an iPhone 13 Pro. Now when using Safari on the phone she keeps getting the following on every website:
This Connection Is Not
Private
This website may be
impersonating "bit.ly" to steal
your personal or financial
information. You should close this
page.

I'm sure there's a way to fix, I just can't find the answer

I would start by going into settings/safari and select clear history and website data.

This will delete the Safari cache and all cookies.

Sounds like she may have some redirect malware (I've never seen this on iOS, but have on a Mac).

That happens on websites that don't use encryption (https), or where the certificate has expired. Perhaps the bit.ly address is forwarding to an insecure page.

I’ve experienced something similar before. I nefarious ad in a webpage can cause this.
Just delete browsing history and website data in safari settings and it will go away.
