Seems to be some kind of rending or layout bug causing the accessibility icon to be broken for me, and what I can only assume to be it's on-hover text... well it breaks the entire page.

My system - MacOS Mojave, Google Chrome 87 - adblocker disabled and no other extensions currently interacting with the page.

Yes, same here. I made a "cosmetic" adblock rule for it.
