I can just see it coming:
A prankster walks up to group of iPhone owners and shouts "Siri, delete all my unsynchronized personal files!"
Mad scramble ensues as all the owners try to stop their Siri... too late!
Better make sure everyone comes up with their own attention-command name
Wouldn't you still need to hold down the Home button first?
