I would like to announce that I have just hacked into Steve's secret files and discovered the master password that permanently locks all Apple computers -- by remote control.

Everyone send me $200 by midnight tonight, or you'll never use your Mac again!

MWAH-HA-HA-HA-HA!

"Did I pay my dues? Yeah, the check's in the mail," 'ol Jack Burton

I realize that we all understand what happened now, but I thought it was really funny that the OP asked us to explain something that none of us was present for.

It's like asking about the lampshade in this youtube video that explains the concept pretty well: Open-Mindedness

....
I am a hound about security on my MBP,
....
I 100% know that I have not mentioned a word about my password, and that it is virtually impossible to guess....

.... last week when I was enjoying a nice buzz, I told it to him, and he has just remembered it all this time.

...

Can I suggest that perhaps you are one of those people who should be changing their password weekly? At least after every good buzz?

Also, please don't volunteer to be a spy. No point being trained to tolerate finger-nail pulling if a couple of 4lokos (??) has you spilling state secrets. If someone is offering you a 4loko - ask yourself what Daniel Craig would do...

I'm callin your bluff. ;)

Better than TV . . .

This thread is better than TV.

Is there any way to "subscribe" to rmbrown09, or be notified when he posts again? I'm waiting for next week's episode of "The rmbrown09 Show". It's got an interesting but flawed protagonist (rmbrown09 himself), the wacky neighbor (drunk friend), a classic comedy setting (college dorm), easy source of guest stars and situations (evil professor, mid-term exams, girlfriends, etc.).

In next week's show, rmbrown09 will wear his pants backwards all day, thinking he did that on purpose. But it will be revealed that wacky neighbor turned his pants around as a joke when rmbrown09 passed out drunk while they were trying to smuggle a horse into the Dean's office.

there are 3 things about me being drunk that have always been true.

1. I do not get hangovers.

2. I can always text and type even if I cannot verbally speak well.

3. I always remember everything, no matter how much I have had.

apparently though as his roommate informed me, last week when I was enjoying a nice buzz, I told it to him, and he has just remembered it all this time.

Interesting, as I would have thought you would have remembered.

A finding that nine Central Washington University students were hospitalized after drinking a popular beverage combining caffeine and alcohol has prompted Gov. Chris Gregoire and Attorney General Rob McKenna to renew calls for a ban on drinks some people call "blackout in a can."

"It's time to bring an end to the sale of alcoholic energy drinks," McKenna said. "They're marketed to kids by using fruit flavors that mask the taste of alcohol, and they have such high levels of stimulants that people have no idea how inebriated they really are."

Dear OP: You have earned my respect. After the teasing and ribbing you are getting here, you have the grace and good humour to not take it personally, and to add to general mirth and merriment we have had due to your predicament. Thank you. If you were in SW corner of Canada, I would buy you beer. or 6.

We should make this a "drunk thread," which every other forum I visit has. I would qualify at the moment.
