WHO in their right mind would allow Facebook to have a camera strapped to their wrist 24/7. NO THANKS. Can they just give up on Portal hardware already? Not sure who is buying it.

At lest iphone fans will love this watch with it having that special notch to match there iphones ?

A camera on the front of the display will be used for video calls, while a secondary camera on the back can be used for capturing photos when the body is detached from the stainless steel watch frame.
Yep, those are the only things the camera will be used for.

Considering a large percentage of Facebook users are from the Boomer generation, and the Boomers are not all that tech crazy towards gizmos and gadgets like this watch, I think this will be a failure. Boomers might use Facebook because there is no alternative that will actually attract enough of their family and friends, but they are are not stupid about how slimy Facebook is. I'm pretty sure they are smart enough not to buy anything from Zucker the Turd. I don't think Facebook has enough members who would really be interested in this kind of device.

Yes, I want FB to steal more information from me. I deleted FB almost ten years ago. Yet, my wife is addiced to the stupid platform. We see ads and such on her feed based on what we are talking about. FB is horrible and it's sad people don't realize how damaging it is.

While I would never buy this thing based on my meta disgust for the company, I think the design is a nice compromise between square and round. I also think the functional ideas with the cameras are interesting. I can see people who meta don't care about privacy (which there are billions) might want to pick one of these up.

Too bad Meta World Peace has retired from pro basketball, cause he could have signed a lucrative endorsement deal with Turdbook.

U-G-L-Y, I have it on good authority that it is to balled the ZuckerWatch, to tell Zuckertime. (OK, I made that part up)

Good luck wearing THAT thing anywhere that's even remotely concerned with privacy and/or spyware.
