Costs $110 on Newegg. I really like the look of this though. When I get my iMac, I'll seriously consider this one when I'm looking at other similar types of stands.

You wouldn't by any chance a financial interest in the sale of this product would you madtower 😉?

Same thing I was thinking when I saw the photos and "quotes". Unfortunately, my iMac already sits too high for me with it's stock stand (bifocals - constantly had to tip my head up - a literal pain in the neck) - I bought the VESA adapter and an Ergotron stand so I could lower it. It is a nice looking stand though - but kinda pricey at $110

Even if the OP does, I'm glad this was brought to my attention that otherwise we wouldn't have known about. In the end, the buyers can make up their minds. btw, the pics are from newegg's site.

I honestly don't think its really that expensive. I bought both a 7 port USB 3 hub and a USB 3 card reader for about $90, and they since its USB 3, each needs its own external power. granted, this is only 3 x USB 3, it is much more stylish, more integrated and fits into the whole imac and TBD appearance and using only one outlet. Although I believe just the top shell is metal, the rest is plastic.

Am I the only one that thinks this stand is super ugly? It's so wide that it detracts from the iMac design, and all those ports at the front are a total eyesore. It's also not much of a stand in terms of height, either. I'm thinking that anyone who needs more height than how the iMac comes... probably needs MORE height.

Oh well, - to each his own, of course. 🙂

How tall are you?
i"m 6'4 so it won't be an issue for me. I like it! Beautiful and simple no more bending over.

It looks really sturdy and classy. Sort of like the next step up from a BookArc. Thanks for calling this out OP.

Seems like it would work for me...having the card slots in front is a nice touch -- but I need a platform of some sort for my screen (and more so for my new in-bound iMac 27) and this fits the bill. I ordered one this morning after looking it over.

Thanks to the original poster for tipping me off to it.

I like the ports in front. i think it's a huge design flaw of the iMac having everything just shoved off the back...and thus curling around to the front with tons of cables.

I'm 6'5". It simply isn't high enough on that stand. I got the Twelve South iMac stand and even on the top shelf I wish it were an inch or two higher.
