State Farm needs to realize their commercials are 100% terrible and everyone, literally everyone I know hates them. (Most of the internet does too, google "annoying state farm commercials".)

Im talking about the one where the annoying idiot walks around casually being annoying and talking about talking to your neighbors before you call them. they also have the dumbest, most poorly done music Ive ever heard.

Now I feel better...until I see one of those annoying commercials again!
 
Yeah, because Progressive and Geico have really good and not at all annoying commercials...

They're all annoying so people can remember them.
 
I also hate the current state farm ones and I CANT STAND those dang progressive ones! We should change the tread to which commercials we hate.

I think ESPN has some of the funniest and clever commercials tho lol
 
does anyone really save $800 by switching?
People save on the average of $472 dollars.
Really, cmon I compared deregulated rates in MA from progressive, geigo, AAA, liberty mutual, and arbella.
The true difference came down to what the cut of the agent underwriting the policy was or overcharging for rental car insurance/towing
maybe $50 to $70.
IMO if you save that much money by switching, then you have been taken for a ride.
If you have saved that much money please tell me how

Don't know, but those are probably the best.

It seems that for the most part, car insurance commercials suck. Flo annoys the hell out of me. That extremely eager, annoying Nationwide one is stupid. Allstate ones are plain boring. I want to throw my remote at the TV everytime I hear the Geico one with the squealing pig.

The one Geico spot I do like is with the CEO asking the Gecko how/where he carries his phone, then the look on his face after the Gecko whips out his wallet. :D

I don't think so. I have no desire to look into companies that have annoying commercials. If anything, they are a deterrent.

I think very few commercials made in the past several years have been what I would call "good."

I like all the variants on the "this guy is cooler than you are" theme, like the Man Your Man Could Smell Like, the Most Interesting Man in the World, Tony Sinclair, etc.
