How different is it?
What are the best new features that the iPhone 4s didn't have.
Are you happy with making the incremental step?
Any other things you've noticed?

1) Different enough so that it feels like a new phone, but familiar so that I don't need to learn anything new.

2) LTE, LTE, LTE. The extra row of icons is nice.

3) Yes, because of LTE.

4) The lighter feel will take more getting used to than the larger screen. I was used to the heavier feel of the 4S and this phone is so much lighter. However, the aluminum back has a nice feel to it, and the beveled edge has a nice look.
