The websites just say that it is still at the sort facility since last night. Now I know to stay home so I can be here to sign for them. I was not comfortable having it left on my porch, and did not have a neighbor to have it left with.

Are we sure that number is legit?
I am 99% sure that is the EXACT same information the woman gave me... Is there anyone who would want our tracking numbers for a scam... It doesn't list our addresses on the tracking so I can't see how.
Maybe I am paranoid but with the immediate answer, a very nice woman and no automated system or menu I get a little concerned... Maybe I am just crazy.
Just called that IPD number, lady answered and said that the FedEx website probably wouldn't be updated. She asked for my tracking number...said it was on the truck for delivery today and should arrive by 4:30pm.

Ok,
Got the email from Apple stating that I would receive the phone today...called the number above and the kind lady said that she saw it at the facility, but it was not on a van for delivery...This seemed to confuse her as she thought that it should in fact be delivered today despite the site showing 6/24...and she seemed to get the whole apple email thing I mentioned so she sent a message to the local facility telling them to deliver today and call me with an estimated Delivery time....

That # is awesome! The woman kind of chuckled and said I was transfered to the wrong department, but she'd gladly tell me my package is out on the truck and will be delivered by 3PM!
This worked out so great for me. My usual days off are thursday and friday, but something came up with a co-worker and I had to take today and friday off. I was pretty bummed the phones were being shipped thursday when I would normally be off... but here we are, I'm off wednesday and my phone will arrive today! Love it!

I called several times from several different phones and got a different person every time and once an "all lines are busy, please hold" message.
I know I am insane and had no reason to be concerned but in case there are any other whackos like me I figured I would share.

I believe it. Most business departments that know what they're doing answer the phone themselves and quickly. Plus, it would have to be someone on the inside in order to pull anything off. And if that's the case why not just steal the shipping container?
My tracking hasn't been undated since 11 p.m. last night, but the iPhone is on my desk restoring. My delivery always said 6/24 by 4:30. YET IT IS HERE! Don't give up hope.
mine was delivered 30 minutes ago and still not even reading "out for delivery" I have another phone set to be delivered before 3 today so hopefully that phone is experiencing the same delays
I got mine around 9:59am EDT, and it was showing as leaving Memphis at 3:32am CDT and nothing after that.
I decided to call this number, and I gave them my two tracking numbers. The FedEx tracking is way off. The lady that I spoke to asked for my name, and provided me details even though my name was not the one on the recipient address. She told me both have been delivered. I sat here like, "Huh?" I went upstairs and saw two boxes on the table, to whom my brother said just came!!
Mine was shipped via ups to att store the info still says its in memphis should i take a run down to the store to check.
So sad I just called that number and the lady told me my IPhone just shipped today so I wouldn't be getting my phone until tomorrow by 4pm...Kinda irritating since I preordered my phone at 1:30am on the 15th and it shows it got shipped on the 17th....Oh well another day of waiting!
How does that site work? Shows mine as "Left FedEx Ramp" @ 5:21am which is more info then the FedEx site.
