You have to sell your 4 or else what happened to me will happen to you. Your 4's will become obsolete once iOS 5 hits. The thing happened to me when I had a 3g and the 3gs came out. The 3g was 6 months old when I bought it and once the 3gs came out with iOS 3 my phone performed like complete crap. If you have a 4 you have zero reason to be excited about iOS 5. Stick with iOS 4 if you want your phone to work otherwise good luck dealing with a horribly slow interface. I want to be sold on the 4s, but I'm not sold on iOS anymore. It's suppose to a system that can be upgraded and worked on over time, but it is the exact same thing as Android to me. You have to upgrade the hardware in order to enjoy the features. Its marketed that its not like ICS or whatever, but it is. I'm starting to realize that the only difference might be the Apple logo, this cult, and hardware that is a year behind everyone else.

Yes, because day-to-day you'll barely notice the other things. They're so minor. I've had the iOS5 Beta running on my 4 and it's as quick as you'd ever need. The camera on the 4 is great. But a bigger screen affects everything you do.

It makes browsing better, typing easier, watching movies better, playing games better, the list goes on. I've tried out S2's and the big screen is amazing. But I won't be swapping to Android for it because I'm not as keen on the OS and I have a lot invested in the eco-system. If I didn't have so many paid for apps I think I'd probably swap. A 4S just won't be worth the upgrade cost from a 4 IMO.

When I look at the S2 screen I easily notices the lower DPI as compared to my iPhone 4. I much prefer the iPhone screen

a better processor and more memory allows for better apps. I am excited about that

When you say "for profit" your not just counting the one off payment you make at the start of the contract (possibly $200) as being how much you paid for the phone by any chance are you?

No I have never bought any iPhones with a contract ever! Since the first iPhone I always buy retail right out iPhone without contract! For this year I got my iPhone 4 for $550 from my uncle that signed up for a contract, but didn't want to keep the phone. I sold it unlocked for $650 here in asia. Since they go for around $750 used, and brand new was around $800 at that time when I sold it. So now I still have enough money to buy an off contract iPhone 4s or 5 at $650 plus tax factory unlocked amIright?
Been doing this since 2007, and to keep my iPhone collection going. I just get back on ebay after a few years to buy them back when price goes down/ buy broken one for really cheap then trade that in, and pay Apple for a new refurbished one.

That's BS.

That's why the smart person would buy the Samsung Galaxy S2 HD, 4.65" of 720p > 300 DPI marvellousness.

Look I can accept you and others like a small screen, probably because you have tiny hands, and others and I like big screens because we're real men.

Now, if Apple would be so kind as to release both versions then we'll all have a choice won't we.

No desire to carry around a extra large device with a 4.65" screen. Have an iPad for that.
