Thoughts on this InCase Nylon Backpack

It looks like an overkill with so many compartments, etc. Am I the only one who prefers simple and light laptop bags with just two compartments?
 
UGH... That case does nothing for me.

I suggest checking out Marmot daypacks; there is one at a comparable price and it has more features and top-notch construction. Tom Bihn daypacks are another high quality product but they tend to be more expensive.
