You superstar! Now showing for me 😁*fix*
not sure if this has been said but I found a fix. Unpair your Apple Watch, if you have cellular plan don’t remove.
Repair Apple Watch to phone and the 3 month shows. Enjoy![]()
It helped to unpair and pair the watch.Tried contacting the Support team 3 times. The first time I was told that the offer is valid only on purchases from Dec 14th (I objected it with their T&C), the second time I was told that I was not eligible, because before purchasing Apple Watch S6 I already had Apple Watch S1. The third time I was told that I'll receive an email with a code and instruction (not specified when, as the advisor did not have it in her manual). Trying to unpair and pair my watch with my iPhone.
Yesssss!!! It helped, thank you!😍*fix*

They really have no idea what they are talking about. I wonder if it's even worth calling them up just to be fed different (and wrong) answers every time.Tried contacting the Support team 3 times. You are very lucky!Spoke to support last night. An hour or so later I came away with 4 months free instead of 3.Your
You sir are a genius. It looks like this is down to the age-old problem of having two Apple IDs.
Apple Fitness+ latches on to the Apple ID you use for iTunes and App Store purchases (if you open Fitness+ and tap your account on the top right, it will bring up your Media/Purchases Apple ID). However, it looks like the Fitness+ three month trial offer gets allocated to the iCloud account you're logged into on your Apple Watch. In my iPhone Settings app, if I log out of my old Gmail account under "Media and Purchases" and log in to my iCloud account, the three month trial appears in Fitness+.
This is no use, though, as the three month trial needs to be allocated to the account you use for Media and Purchases, not your iCloud account, otherwise you'll have to ditch all your apps and music just to make use of the three month trial.
I spoke to a BB rep yesterday too and got the same story. They said codes seem to be going out based on when you ordered your watch - first to order, first to get code. I ordered 9/25. Still no code as of this AM but I will update here if it comes today. The BestBuy rep I spoke to said I should receive an email with the code in 24-48 hours. Apple Support said I could sign up for the 3 month trial today and that it would be extended an additional 3 months when I get the code.. but I think I’m going to wait a day and see if I get the code from BB to avoid a potential headache. I know I’m being impatient, but we’ve been waiting for this launch since September, and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect to be able to sign up for the service with the promised offer on release day.
