"Dear Customer,

Stick with it. That's a great price you probably won't see again for a long time.
 
I love my Dell displays, always have. I use a Mac Pro, and am not in a "creative" field, so they go better with my general "Getting **** done" aesthetic. Hell, one of my older displays is an IBM :)
 
Question

I have a 27" iMac and a 27" TBD also and for some reason my Monitor wont wake up the screen when i wake up the iMac. The apple store has literally NO IDEA what the problem is. Anyone else having this problem? Im about ready to get rid of the TBD and get a dell or something else.

Really strange but I see the same as you are, perfect picture for MBPr -> YPbPr or MBPr -> RGB, I left it with RGB.

My monitor is backlight bleeding, how's yours?

See? I told you mine looked good ;)

I have some super minor light bleed in the lower left side. The screen has to be pretty much black to see it and its a very small area. I considered exchanging it for about 30 seconds LOL, I was afraid I'd get one that didn't want to play nice. Seriously though even when I watch a movie letterboxed I don't notice it unless I specifically look for it.

The same area as yours but very big spot + smale one at upper left.
I've ordered a replacement for mine.

this may just be the TBD. I hooked mine up with the imac and both screens wake up the same time as soon as I press a key.

Glad to hear it. I'm still wondering if I should. It's really minimal and I have to crane my neck and all that to really see it. Not sure if its worth the trouble. Did you get an exchange directly from Dell? Do they cross ship? I ask because its too late to return it to Amazon so I would have to deal with Dell directly. Not sure how they would handle it as I never had any dealings with Dell support.

Dell customer support is horrible.

I think I'll return this one as well, it's better but still bleeding at bottom-left.

I've got my third one from Dell, it's worse than second one, probably will keep the second one.
