Never thought he was a good artist to begin with...
One of my favorite bands of all time is Linkin Park and his collaboration with them sucked a lot.

This is why I will ALWAYS buy the songs I love, rather than rent them.

Rented music can be taken away at any time. Once you buy it, DRM-free, it's yours forever if you take good care of (back up) your data.

I'm going to continue being a Spotify subscriber because being able to play almost any song on demand is awesome. But the songs I adore most will always be in my personal owned library.

Wow, this guy is crybabying and I don't even know him or the others posted as stars. Well,
pull my finger and hear me fart!!!

Aw, pookie Jay-z, stuck on your high-horse wearing all that gold and pretending to be gods over us?
I think I will sleep the same tonight knowing you pulled your albums, couldn't care less.

The topic was buying CD's and ripping them, exclusively, is better than streaming. Buying couple of odd-ball imports or oldies isn't the point here.
Sorry, didn't realize you were the arbiter of relevance... They really should have a badge for that so I know not to question you in the future.

If I may have permission to express a dissenting opinion, I would ask you to indulge me in further supporting my radical argument that "it depends a lot on what you listen to" by suggesting that if enough of your collection is material that you would like guaranteed access to, and you have a significant number of such albums already, then it is neither expensive nor BS to exclusively rip CDs as you had so eloquently argued in your earlier comment.

Thank your for your patience in my further use of this public forum.

Ball so hard, got a broke clock, Rolleys that don’t tick tock
Audemars that’s losing time, hidden behind all these big rocks

That's how rich he is. He's got drawers of expensive watches that don't work

he's saying his rolexes don't tick tock.. instead, the second hand moves smoothly.. as in, a fake rolex tick tocks-- real ones don't.

Audemars lose accuracy if you don't wind them daily. he forgets to wind them because he can't find them behind all those diamonds (big rocks)

At least someone is trying to stand up to Apples monopoly on music. I'd love it if his service took a large chunk out of Apples revenue.

Well, maybe he wants some exclusivity for his own Tidal, I would understand that. Still, a bad business decision, as Apple is second streaming service in the world. He should sell his remaining Tidal shares asap as his actions may hurt the company further

And nothing of value was lost.
heh, right.. especially if realizing this article is sensationalized at best..
Blueprint hasn't been on apple music except for a very short time after the beats acquisition.. none of his bangers have been on there.. the article should state more clearly -- jay Z pulled a couple songs off apple music.. the rest of his stuff wasn't on there anyway.
