Not sure what you mean when you say "when 10.7 comes out" 10.7 is out, Lion is 10.7

...Man, I am so out of touch with the tech world these days, I thought it hadn't been released yet. :eek: I used to be in the know when I was around this site a lot, but I guess those days are gone. Guess I'll keep my mouth shut on trending events. :p
 
Hey no big deal, its pretty hard these days to keep up with whats going on in the tech world with all the other responsibilities we have, oh and of course then there's actually living our lives too.
 
And one more thing, why XP was still widely used even if it is too old? Because it is the most stable release of Windows. They cannot release a more stable OS than XP.
A lot of people who support XP have quite a short-term memory.

Windows XP is stable now, but it wasn't always. It was only in 2004 when MS released Service Pack 2 that Windows XP really became stable.

Before that, it was an insecure mess. Remember Windows Messenger Spam? Blaster? WinFixer?
