Things change very quickly with macs when you have to run software for business. You will be hiring back those 90% very fast
1st part - yes Apple is avoiding (not illegal), not evading taxes, as Tgara also noted.
2st part- that was mostly just a joke. I live in DC so I know first hand IT is needed here regardless of OS.
