Hell no. Nobody will be buying this except for people who just want a bigger iPad (most people are fine with emir iPad size now) and have extra money to throw around. If somebody is wanting a computer, they won't even glance at this, it's a big iPad with a "Pencil", overpriced lackluster keyboard, and better speakers.
Now, if this thing ran OS X, I wouldn't be dissing the iPad Pro at all. That'd be awesome. No, OS X isn't touch optimized, but they can make it so. Throw in some gestures to close things, tweak the drop down menus to be more touch friendly. Maybe on iPad pro it would extend it down into a scroll wheel type selector like on iOS. Stuff like that. They don't need to entirely gut OS X to make it touch friendly, just tweak it. Even then Apple could get a Surface Pro-esque keyboard with trackpad, and the UI would switch back to normal. Kind of like the auto tablet mode switching on Windows 10. Apple could do it.
Oh and for God's sakes, make the iPad Pro a bit bigger for an Apple Pencil holder that charges it while it's in there or something (and allow for USB's, even USB C's for OS X) No freaking stick protruding 5 feet from a very damage-susceptible part of the iPad. No. Apple. What were you thinking?
