Wouldn't it actually be a bit rude to use All Things D's do to make a product announcement? Won't they be wanting more of a topical speech or discussion, rather than press release theatre?

This is very interesting, he did a good job with the iPad launch, would be crazy if he actually announced a product at D but I have my doubts.

don't forget that WWDC is just one or two weeks after D10.

new product launch would be done there even though WWDC is mainly for software. was hoping to see new mac at WWDC
