I CAN SEE IT NOW, WATERGATE
When the x-gate comes full circle back to Watergate, it will be a sign of the end times.
I CAN SEE IT NOW, WATERGATE
I would hope this thing has some sort of level of water resistance. If I'm swimming it means I fell off a boat, but as far as going out and about........its inevitable something is going to get spilled on the water.......whether its just a glass of water at dinner or a drink in a bar when someone knocks one over or bumps into you. No sort of water resistance would be a deal breaker for me.
For me after a hard run or intense cardio workout I just leave my Garmin 620 on while I shower and then don't have to wash it separately.
The big question is WHY IS THAT GUY SHOWERING WITH HIS SHIRT ON?
The big question is WHY IS THAT GUY SHOWERING WITH HIS SHIRT ON?
Pretty sure he's not showering....he appears to be splashing water on his face at an outdoor basketball court or something like that.
Wait what?
You can wear the Watch outside?
Can anyone else confirm?

Only in an outdoor shower. Otherwise you need to be inside when wearing theWatch.

I often go to the beach and the shower uses salt water.
Will I be able to wear in this type of shower since it is outside?
inside= ok
inside+shower=ok
outside= not ok
outside+shower=ok
outside+shower+salt water=?????
I sure wouldn't recommend it. Apple probably wouldn't recommend it either; in fact, salt water is so corrosive it might void your warranty. Potentially, salt crystals could also encrust and accumulate inside the speaker/mic grilles, inside your watch itself and cause problems. If your Watch is ever serviced under warranty and salt is found inside it you're probably going to have to fork out for any work done...I often go to the beach and the shower uses salt water.

I shower at the gym all the time with my Pebble on. It has been useful to see texts come in or that someone is calling me. I am not going to actually answer then but it could prompt me to hurry a bit if I need to.
The big difference of course, is that if Tim Cook gets water in his Watch...
He doesn't get any hassle getting it replaced even if the moisture indicators have been triggered!!

Some people do, different strokes for different folks. I've done it, mostly because the watches I've owned were water proof so why bother taking them off.Why why why would you wear a watch in the shower?!
I don't have an Apple Watch but weirdly in all the years I've worn a watch, I've never worn it in the shower!

You know it's fine if they added swimming in the exercise area ha
What if someone texts you while you're in the shower? You're not exactly going to take your phone in there, are you?!
