I just noticed that two posts I made in community threads this evening are timestamped yesterday. ?!

One is https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/whats-on-your-mind.2135938/post-28260564

The other is https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/thumb-injury-from-orange-fruit.885255/post-28260543

EDIT: but a post I just now put to the what's on your mind thread went up with the correct stamp, or so far, anyway... heh but it just says "a moment ago". I guess time will tell if it doesn't eventually translate that into the equivalent of around 8:45pm EST.

let me know if anyone sees weird timestamps again. We're trying some new code again.

wow, adjusting timestamps for local time zones? Cool! Usually here on east coast i have to do the math, so to speak, to know the actual times of my own posts if I look back at them.

hmm... I thought it was doing that already -- the timezone thing for logged in users.

The change is making it so guest pages (which are cached) have correct timestamps.

It’s done that for me (logged in) since... forever.
