tip2go.info video ads

I'm seeing advertisements www.tip2go.info that are auto-looping on a video. The video URL is from http://content.tomyvid.com/300x250_ih_video_content_tip2go_London_60sec_v4-mute_jun15.mp4 ; clicking on the ad takes me to http://www.tip2go.info/ .

I don't want the bandwidth or distraction of videos auto-playing. Is it MR policy to allow ads like this?

No, there shouldn't be ads like that, but occasionally one slips through. I'll have arn take a look to make sure it gets banned.

I'm still getting them today. I opened the inspector on the ad in Chrome, here's the data:
<video width="300" height="250" src="http://content.tomyvid.com/300x250_ih_video_content_tip2go_London_60sec_v4-mute_jun15.mp4" preload="auto" style="position: relative; top: 0px; left: 0px; z-index: 10; background-color: black;"></video>
Clicking on the link takes me to http://www.tip2go.info/ .

Is that all the info you need to whack the ad?
