The maximum possible is somewhere around 300W, 100+100+70 (Connector 1, Connector 2, PCIe slot) is safe to run and is pretty much the TDP (250W~) of the Titan X.

However, no guarantees as it also depends how the card handles power splitting, the PCIe draw is however pretty forgiving if you have not much other cards that use a lot of power.

It's a low TDP card on the high-end scale anyway, my testing R9 290X uses more (pretty much exactly 300W) and just very rarely crashes the 5.1, anything below 280W and no insane splitting (eg. 140/140/0) should not cause issues.
