also submitted mine on 10/6. still saying received.I got a text on Saturday 11/6 saying approved, bill credit reflected within 1-2 billing cycles. Submitted 10/6.
Mine still shows the same.Submitted 10/14. Status only shows Received.
i'm running into this exact same issue right now and am talking with t-mobile customer support and they have no idea. they keep saying they can't issue the promo credit and saying that i needed to be on the magenta max plan. which is ******** because i remember the promo terms saying any other plans would get $200. ughhhI just checked the status of my 2021 Apple Retail Trade P3 from upgrading to iPhone 13 back in September and it was denied by T-Mobile. Says "ineligible trade-in" which isn't correct. I'll contact them to figure out what happened.

This is smart to keep screenshots of the deal and photocopy/save everything. I’ll definitely do this next time.Same, I chatted with a T-Mobile rep and explained that this was a Apple Store special carrier deal with T-Mobile. I provided a screenshot of email that shows the promo code, preorder deal ($790 for trade in + $200 bill credit for existing plan) and was willing to provide order and trade in receipt if they ask. The rep will apply it to the account and it will take 72 hours to process it. I will check back to confirm the promotion.
I just checked my e-mail -- Apple sent me a receipt and it is RIGHT THERE on the receipt, promo details, code and all. Check your e-mail from the day you bought the phone, Apple should have e-mailed it to you. Of course, I had to scroll wayyyyyy back to October 1, when I bought the phone. It's DECEMBER and still no bill credits. Seriously WTF TMO?This is smart to keep screenshots of the deal and photocopy/save everything. I’ll definitely do this next time.
WTF! I just got this exact same “deny” reason now. I’m truly disgusted with TMO and may need to switch.I just checked the status of my 2021 Apple Retail Trade P3 from upgrading to iPhone 13 back in September and it was denied by T-Mobile. Quick update -- spent an hour with customer service. Wow, they are so disorganized. They are now getting into the "it's Apple's fault" blame game--which is of course untrue as we all know on this thread TMO has the issue. If I get this resolved, will share any tips for anyone to get this done quickly because it seems I'm getting nowhere with the generic customer assistance at TMO.WTF! I just got this exact same “deny” reason now. I’m truly disgusted with TMO and may need to switch.
Are they now an insurance company where they just deny every claim? It was THEIR promotion!
Seems like they no longer have the $500 bill credit promo, only the $200 bill credit promo, according to Apple's site.Do you know if this promotion active still ? I see it on apple site. But on can’t find on t-mobile site
I did not get a chance to chat with them again, but lo and behold! I got the text that my submission was approved. Finally!I chatted with a T-moblle rep last week and she told me it takes 6-8 weeks and my rebate is still being processed. She said Dec 1 will be 8 weeks. It's Dec 2 and still nothing.
I will try to chat with them again when I get the chance.
SO -- a rep manually issued me a $200 immediate credit to my bill on 11/19 after there was no activity on my trade after the 8 weeks.. Then, last night - I got a text saying my $200 bill credits will begin next month. Asking them on FB Messenger about it now - dont want a surprise reversal 6 months from now after they figure it out.
Edit -- spoke to T-Mobile.. They said thanks for letting them know - but I'm going to end up getting the 24 bill credits as well, and they are not going to reverse the $200 credit they already issued.. Bonus.
