where are people getting the beta version of 3.0? Is it open to anyone?

I would love to test it out before the official release...

Anyone else notice that you cannot position the cursor with the text loupe in text fields on web pages in safari in 3.0. When you click on the field you can type text but if you tap and hold it selects the area for copying.
