The contract free version works with both AT&T and T-Mobile but it comes with a T-Mobile sim (that you can replace with your AT&T sim). When you reserve the phone, they actually set your phone aside (with your name taped to the box). If you try to get a different version, they can't guarantee it will be available.
are they gone now on your end? I think I missed them again tonight if any got added.
I'm stalking this thread while I write a research paper and obsessively refresh the personal pickup availability in my area. Anyone else trying tonight?
I have a Gold 128GB 6+ in hand which I pre-ordered. I want a Space Grey 64 GB. If I don't get one in next 5-6 days, I am thinking about putting an ad in CL to trade. I could have scalped since I pre-ordered but I can't get myself to do it. So many people waiting in line/online waiting honestly for their turn. Let's hope we all get the phone/color we want.
Can you check 6+ gold 64gb for at&t?? I had to return what I had ordered for my mom and she wants the gold now.
Let's see what happens tonight, I doubt anything good now. It's too early from the release so I'll say maybe in a week or so they won't be so hard to find
Just checked, not a single available device for that configuration in all US stores.
Anyone else feel like it was way easier to reserve phones for in store pick with the last couple of releases? I do not feel at all confident in getting a 64+ this week.....
Likewise, the regular 6 is everywhere but the plus and 64gb is very hard to find. Worst comes to worst I'm gonna buy one online but there very $$$
It's scary how fast you need to get a reservation in. From what I can see, the 6 Plus sells out within 5...10 minutes tops
Yeah. I almost would rather that they waited to release the 6+ until they had more production time and it could have supplies like the 6. But that wouldn't capture as many headlines....
There's a lot of shady and selfish people looking to make a quick buck. Me honestly I'm in it to purchase a phone that I'm gonna use and... but hey whatever floats your boat

True but they have 7 years to work on this. And every year I notice a lower supply and higher demand
Its on purpose. Marketing. If everyone can order the 6 plus now with next day delivery, people wouldnt be talking about it as much

I would think with the amount of phones they are manufacturing per day, and the fact that you basically had none, or almost no shipments due to no Sunday delivery, Monday delivery should be that much larger and there should be a little spike of availability?
This is what an apple employee said to me, but it was not the fact.
I ordered at 6:36AM, and got the E-mail that it was ready by 7:47AM.
Perhaps i got lucky.
I stopped by an Apple store today after work and asked the employee manning the line for people to pick up their reservation if they had any pluses in stock ( i knew they wouldn't but had to ask) of course he said no but that almost every Apple store refreshes their stock at around 11pm and you should check apple.com around that time to try and snag a plus model.
I have been trying this for 3 days but never had an approximate time,
take this all with a grain of salt though just passing along some info.
