15 years ago at the age of 5 I saw Toy Story. In 1999 I saw Toy Story 2 and loved it as much as the first. When I saw the first preview for Toy Story 3 I was terrified that Pixar would finally make a mistake and ruin my fond memories of the characters I had known and loved. I have never been more wrong.

I have also never cried at a movie. I cried at this one.

With all of the positive reviews, I'm looking forward to seeing this more so than I was before. I would like to see it in IMAX 3D, but I think Twilight: Eclipse is going to take all of the IMAX showtimes (at least at real, huge IMAX's) for next weekend. I would like a sequel to The Incredibles, too. It's been proven over and over that superheo movies can have great sequels. Finding Nemo is one of my favorites from Pixar (along with Toy Story and The Incredibles) but that seems like it might not be great for a sequel compared to the other movies Pixar could make a sequel out of.

Did anyone else enjoy the games that Pixar's worlds inspired? Toy Story 2 on the PlayStation was almost great, Finding Nemo was really good, and The Incredibles was pretty good. I don't know if I'll play Toy Story 3. I was hoping that the iPhone game would be a port of the console versions, but unfortunately it wasn't.

I watched it yesterday in 2D and it's fantastic. After watching UP in real3D last year, I told myself 3D isn't my thing. Meanwhile, my first Pixar's film in theater was Cars and I have never seen Toy Story and Toy Story 2 until recently on iTunes store.

Toy Story 3 worths every penny and I turned 30 this year. Interestingly, I went to Target and Best Buy after the movie and people actually bought Toy Story 3 related items.

Saw it tonight/afternoon? 6:30PM showing. Theater was packed so I'm glad I bought two tickets online. Another amazing Pixar masterpiece. Best Pixar movie since The Incredibles.
