Not a particular app but sitting outside today, a breezy sunny 60° day watching concert films in theater mode was awesome. All of which were purchased on the original iTunes Store… can’t wait for 3-D immersive. Concerts to come.

What a sad, sad, life. A beautiful day in which you could be out enjoying REALITY but instead you have a helmet on that inhibits you from experiencing the beauty of the outside world. “But I could see the world around me”. Through SCREENS.

There’s an iOS version as well but the Vision Pro version was made from the ground up to provide a calming immersive experience. Check it out!

NOTHING more relaxing than a heavy goggles strapped to your face.

3 games, 1 app to get around a provider's momentary restriction (Juno), 1 app that does something for you but then warns you not to do it (Crouton), and 1 app to, let's be real, take photos of people, without them noticing (Spatial Cam). The rest is okay in my opinion, but overall this selection is not convincing so far.

A few of my picks:

Lego Builder’s Journey: such a relaxing, immersive, delightful experience. It’s a game that takes you on a structured, deliberate journey, not just a “build anything you want” game. I was blown away by this.

Puzzling Places: I’ve played this on Quest, but it’s much better on AVP. The detail and resolution is remarkable, and being able to manipulate the 3D puzzle pieces and the puzzle itself with just your hands is insanely fun and intuitive.

Cell Walk: diving into a bacteria cell and seeing all the components in 3D, with explanations and guided walkthrough, was absolutely surreal. The detail is amazing.

Now for the hall of shame:
Fruit Ninja. It’s laggy, clunky, and hard to hit anything. The hand tracking sucks in this game. It was the first third-party app I tried and I was very concerned that all the others would suck this bad. Fortunately, almost everything else I’ve tried has ranged from good to blow-you-away amazing.
