I love reading these. I kind of wish you were able to factor in inactivity a little bit more but then again the people that are up there earned it way back when.
I will consider inactivity in the projections (yet to come). This first chart is the current Top 50 so it reflects all posts to date but none yet to come.

Yey... I managed to go totally unnoticed this time... maybe that's a sign that I might eventually get a life, after all...? :)

...nah... just kidding, those things are highly overrated... :p

I'm still waiting for kainjow to hit 1000 posts!

Since my "length of membership" stats here cover only the Top 50 members, you remain #1 for that purpose.

Four members made more than 1000 posts in 6 months yet did not make the Top 50: eva01 (1813), robbieduncan (1282),...

OK now I'm scared. 1282 posts in 6 months! I'll be in the 50 in 6 months time. I only need to overtake 7 people or so to make it!

I'm just amazed that I can juggle a full-time job and World of Warcraft, still manage to eat and sleep, yet be in the top 20 here :)

I'm happy to see that I'll soon *not* be #1 :D

I don't nearly post like I used to, which is probably a good thing....

So Q - when is the guestimate on when someone else is the #1 poster?

D

Wow I have slipped a lot, I used to be in the top 30, now I am in the top 100. Kinda scary how fast some people post. This is my 5th year on the forum, and I wonder how many posts I would have if I really posted as much as some of these people do. Kinda scary.

I don't know how they do it!

Give it a week or two. :D

More like 6 months :D

And there was a time when my monthly posting was in the 50-70 a day - as you can see from my 4.3 post/day I've found life outside MR now - so there is hope for MadJew and iGary :p

Your story of finding a "real" life should be an inspiration to all of us Mr. Anderson. :) ;)
