Flipboard

There are tons of news apps for the iPad but Flipboard has the nicest, cleanest looking UI's I've seen. Oh and some drawing app. Again, tons of those apps available but it's nice to have a drawing app if you need to kill an hour or so somewhere.

Depends alot on what you are going to do with your ipad... but my favorite apps so far:

Paper (P53 Pencil)
Tapatalk (paid)
Opera browser
Youtube app
Google apps (mail, drive, maps, earth)
Living planet (photo app)
PS Touch (unfortunately it is now removed from appstore)
Pinnacle Studio (just for fun)
Swype (3rd party keyboard if you like to swype)
Procam xl 2
iThoughts
WikiLinks
Noteshelf
Artrage
Procreate
Pixelmator
Skype
Hangouts
SkySafari 4(?)

What are the best apps that anyone with an ipad should get? I just got an ipad and don't know what are the best ipad apps.

Thanks!

None. That's right there are exactly zero apps that 'anything with an iPad should get'.

We all have different goals and tasks and reasons for having the iPad. So what apps are good for those concerns are what you should get and not something cause a bunch of folks with potentially totally different needs think are awesome.

so how about you ask for suggestions for the things you actually want and expect to do with your new iPad and let us suggest apps you might actually find useful
