I am 4 days before the end of my billing cycle, and the throttling has been stopped...

Anybody else experiencing normal speeds before the end of your cycle?

Very interesting. Hopefully it's a sign of some change.

On a semi related note, I've also noticed the petition on change.org has exploded recently. Maybe AT&T is recognizing a mistake and taking steps to fix it? Probably wishful thinking, but I have no explanation right now.

This is weird, AT&T [Your world - Destroyed] just unthrottled me. Has this happened to anyone else?

I am 1 day away from my billing cycle ending and I am still throttled. Although my throttling speed is slightly better than it has been. Traditionally when I am throttled I only get speeds up to 0.12Mbps, now I am at0.24Mbps.

Oh, I'm sorry, I thought you said complaining does NOTHING???

Step 1, success.

I'm not ready to throw in the towel yet on my other complaints... I still don't understand how 3gb is "abuse", yet they offer 5gb plans... i.e., why isn't there an Unlimited plan that gets a throttle at 5gb? How is "Unlimited" LESS than 5gb. Why can't people pay for that increase without being tricked into an overage-laden tiered plan?
