Coming from Android, one of the things I really miss is the fantastic launchers that it has.

I could actually make my main home screen useful. So much so that a whole bunch of things that I am forced to use an app for on my iPhone were accessible to me immediately on my home screen (or on side screens). It also allowed me to make a home screen that looked nice and modern.

And if someone wanted an inflexible grid of icons as their home screen, that was possible too. So all the bases were covered.

I really hope Apple adds widgets to the home screen. Even more than that, allow me to have some freaking spaces in between apps. I can’t understand why well over a decade after the first release of iOS that this simple capability isn’t available to us.

Both platforms “borrow” liberally from each other. Please Apple, borrow some better launcher ideas from the competition. It’ll make a good OS even better.

One feature Safari needs is closing a webpage right there...maybe a 3-finger pinch.

When a webpage opens from a link, for example in an email, closing this webpage in Safari is a 2-step process (touch tabs then swipe away the web page).
