I am not sure what people expected. Every new generation of the MacBook (and a lot of other devices) has had teething issues. You need to go into one knowing that there will be some issues.

Indeed, though in this case, it may be preferable then having a hardware issue.

No knock on apple, but this isn't terribly surprising, because it is a gen 1 product. It will take time to shake out some of these things

Yeah, its new hardware combined with quite new OS, not the best combo
