Have you been good this year? Then you may be interested to learn that Google today launched its annual Santa tracking feature, allowing Santa to be tracked in real time on his journey to the North Pole as he prepares to deliver presents to kids around the world.

Google's Santa Tracker continues a two-decade tradition for the company, allowing excited children (and grown-ups!) to keep up with the jolly gift-giver's travels throughout December 24. On this day, Santa's Village transforms into a tracking experience where children can follow Santa and his reindeer as they merrily go about their important work.

Santa can be tracked using a web browser on iPhone, iPad, or Mac by visiting Google's official Santa Tracking website. The site features a live map of Santa's current location, his next stop, a live video feed of his journey, and the estimated time that he will arrive in each specific location.

The Santa site provides pictures of locations that Santa has already visited, a live count of gifts that have been delivered, and Santa's current distance from your location. There are also a selection of games to play, creative things to do, and videos to watch.

Other Santa tracking services are also available, such as the NORAD Tracks Santa Claus app and website, but Google's site is often the most interactive and detailed.

Not sure linking yourself to someone who gives items away for free and is not looking for any on-going follow up revenue is something Apple is able to comprehend.
Perhaps if Santa needed to give Apple 30% of all the gifts then we'd see some development in this area ;)

Tim Apple would like to reply to this post with simply, “bah-humbug!”

One kid in my neighbourhood had a long Christmas wish list and when his parents told him that the stuff is too expensive, he he told them that they do not have to worry, as Santa pays for all the Christmas presents and Santa is rich. So telling your children that Santa exists might fire back.

Just gaslight your kid and tell them that Santa can make any wish come true and give you anything you want, big or small. But they were too naughty this year to get anymore than a $20 Amazon giftcard. Try a little harder next year.

"Naughty little boys don't get Cybertrucks and trips to Disney World for Christmas. Those are only for the extra nice kids. Maybe Santa would get you something better if you helped mommy and daddy around the house a little more. And maybe keep a little more quiet when you're playing your games?!!"

Maybe the idea that a stranger, an old guy in an odd uniform, creeping around your house in the middle of the night isn't something that appeals to Apple?
What do you mean? Apple shut down CSAM detection? They won’t know what you’re tracking!

Everyone talks about Santa doing his thing in one night, but if you put in Time Zones, that actually is a really long night. I wonder how long that actually is. I'm sure that was a Math Problem of the Week in school somewhere.

there
good
I need my annual coal supply!
my land to air missile has a proper target now!
will Santa get sued for liability again for distributing crapy dangerous toy?
will Rudolph chase after the scent of a "Doe of the night" in a wooded area
just outside of Sheboygan and crash the sled into a Maple tree

again.

This is all very confusing.
According to Google, Santa is about to set off in about 30 mins. NORAD tells me to come back on the 24th and a look at flightradar24 shows Santa in the middle of New Zeeland.
When will Santa arrive?
That jolly old elf,
this year’s again flying stealth.

Nobody knows where he is,
until he’s been there.
