Does anyone on here collect any sort of trading cards?

Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, Magic the Gathering etc.?

Also, who thinks there should be some Apple trading cards with Apple employees, products, taglines, important events and the like.

They could come in a really shiny silver package.

The Apple I card would be the rarest card.

I have a bunch of Magic: The Gathering cards that I bought in high school. Some buddies and I enjoyed playing the game for the strategy involved and that's why we bought cards. It really had nothing to do with collecting. I need to try and sell them since they are still in really good shape despite having been in storage for almost 20 years now.

For whatever reason, that Panda GIF was making my browser lag so much. It was terrible. I could barely scroll through the page. (No, I don't have an old computer, it's a new Mac Mini)

I used to collect Pokemon cards and I still have most of them.

20 years? Wow. You might have some cards of value such as a Black Lotus :p

I had some pokemon cards back in the 90's. I really tried to get into them but them i got sick of them quickly and decided all the other kids were stupid wasting their time on them. Besides, pogs and slammers were way cooler.

Can you make up a list of what you have? I might be interested.

I used to play Magic with my siblings.

Recently I had a bout of nostalgia and purchased a bunch of complete mint condition sets, sets that we used to play with when we were younger, such as Onslaught, Legions, 7th Edition, etc, and I also got a mint condition Urza's Saga set which is the prize of my collection.

So I don't play.. I just have about a dozen mint sets, plus a small binder of spare valuable cards, which I'm actually looking to sell.

Sure thing. From what I remember most of my cards are from the "Revised" edition which I think was the second major set of cards released from Wizards of the Coast. I know I do have some semi-valuable ones like Shivan Dragon, Nightmare, etc. I have hundreds so it will take a little time to catalog them.

Wow, those have got to be worth a lot of money.

the only Cards I feel are worthy are Sports Cards ... nobody will care about Pokemon in 50 years where people will always want something like this 1959 Johnny Bower card.

Who???? Now if it was a card of the "Great One' we might have something, but Johnny Bower? :)

No trading cards like the ones mentioned here just lots of baseball and hockey cards.

They are all in storage as I was growing up in the 80's and 90's and well most of those cards are not worth the paper they are printed on. :(
