The problem is that conflict is entertaining. Getting along is boring.

I had a great idea for a reality show. Instead of kicking people out you start bringing more people in. 🙂 There would be a pool of money that increases with every person added. If you leave on your own you get nothing. There would be a mechanism to kick people out but when they get kicked out they take part of the money pool with them.
