Transfer from iCloud Photo Library to Google Photos - multiple devices

I'm looking to switch over and transfer over 150gb of pics and videos from iCloud Photo Library to Google Photos. I know I can automate it using the Google Photos app, but I was just wondering if there's any complications since I am using iCloud photo library, or since they're all synced across 3 iOS devices and my Mac.

I use both services. Any photo or video I take uploaded to both Google and iCloud.
