iPhone 7/Plus Transferring videos to PC, won't play properly

Hi all,

Been trying to back up my photos and videos from my iPhone and coming across an issue I can't seem to find the answer to.

I transferred photos and videos by opening the iphone as a storage device on the PC and pulling all the files to Windows.

Unfortunately when trying to play the videos it's laggy and the sound is all out of sync. Not sure what the problem is as this is the way I've always done it before and never had an issue! :-(

Are the videos 4k 30FPS? What are the specs of your PC? When you say "did it before" do you mean with an iPhone 7 or some previous iPhone?

Yes, the video format and the power of your PC might be factors here. What program are you using to view the videos? PC specs and OS?

Framerates during recording or computer capacity affect 4k playback.
