I rcvd a shipping notice on 4/12 saying my item was scheduled to be picked up by FedEx. After several days of no tracking updates, I emailed tg asking for an update and they said it was an error and they would have the case sent out immediately. After several more days, still no shipping updates and I emailed again. They said once again it was a mistake and it would ship out immediately. This happened once more and today there is still no updated shipping info available, no case has been received and no real apology or explanation in any of the email responses. TreeGloo = Fraudsters... At least from my experience, that is all they've proven to be. I'll update if that changes, but thus far I have no reason to believe they can actually get their act together... Just like Portenzo and some of the other fly by night joints preying on us consumers.
