I've been dealing with this problem since I bought it more then a year ago. I've even replaced the ssd, full reinstall, updated firmware, passed from sl to lion to mountain lion. And I still have it. It happens with trim enabled or not. Anyone has found a permanent solution? Kingston won't reply to my complaints

Yeah. I think so. I have been constantly measuring the graph of DiscWarrior and the fragmentation thing is less than 3% still, with no failures in between.

I think this has something to do with fragmentation and the SSD cells. So the detailed explanation above (in the blog post) seems to totally aligned with my experience of this problem. Just my guess.
