Does Sequoia Recovery have that trimforce command?
The wording of that question is strange somehow. The Terminal is available (... menu) when booted in the Recovery mode, so it has the ability to issue the command, but it doesn't literally "have" the 'sudo trimforce enable' command. Not having tried that Terminal command in Recovery mode, I don't know if it would work or not.

You have to use the full path "/Volumes/Macintosh HD/usr/bin/trimforce" or /Volumes/Macintosh\ HD/usr/bin/trimforce
