Trouble updating to Beta 3

So I keep trying to install Beta 3 and while I'v both installed Big Sur and the Beta 3 update whenever I restart it doesn't seem to install beta 3 only beta 2. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

• When updating to macOS Big Sur 11 Beta 3, you might be offered an unexpectedly large download rather than an incremental software update. (65753086)
  Workaround: Under the "Another update is available" text, click the "More info…" link. This will reveal the incremental update where you can click the Install Now button.

Thanks very much. I put it on an external drive using createinstallmedia that worked well. Luckily I didn't have to do a fresh install and lose all my settings.
