OK, I tried doing a video recording test, first using airplane mode, second connected to wifi 802.11g. Uploaded the videos into iPhoto and playback using quicktime, and I don't really hear any distinct clicking sound. I even maxed out my speakers to see if the clicking sound is faint, but nada. I guess either I'm lucky, or I just don't hear it/don't know what to hear for. Or maybe the issue is with 802.11n? In any case, I'm keeping this Touch for now. :D I don't see any dead pixels, and only minor light leaks.

Just to re-iterate, it's a 64GB model, bought it from Amazon. serial started with CC.
