As the executive, the President (any President, that's why I say "the President" here) is charged with implementing and then enforcing the laws. Consider marijuana as an example... it is still against federal law. It is not enforced and states have been making their own laws regarding it. No different here. Other issues are prioritized.
It is different. The federal government hasn’t told marijuana dealers that they won’t be prosecuted. That is exactly what Trump is telling the US providers of TikTok. And it’s what he’s telling businesses and people that engage in bribery. This is a refusal to enforce the laws, and it’s unconstitutional. He should be impeached.
