Other "Trust this computer" dialog on EVERY connect

I get the "trust this computer?" dialog (and passcode thing afterward) every. single. time. I plug my iPhone (7 Plus, iOS 11) into my MBP (running El Capitan).

Please someone tell me how to fix this.

Wierd, I don't have that issue in my Late 2008 MacBook.
