Close Itunes.

Open a command prompt.

C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe" /setPrefInt carrier-testing 1

Then try it again. If your iTunes isn't in that path, of course, use the correct one...

I believe it is time for you to change that avatar, since MMS works fine.
