WIFI will not turn off

i've used a program that was able to turn off iphone but leaves wifi on.
I've missed that program, any help, please ?

I found this post trying to find a solution to an issue with my 2G iPhone. When the phone is TOTALLY turned off, the wifi is still on and connected to my router. If I turn the wifi off it will drop and disconnect, but if wifi is on before I shut down the phone I can see in my dlink settings that it is still on and connected. I tried to turn it off 4 times with the same result. My 3G iPhone does not so this. I do have the Airsharing app installed although I have never used it. Does anyone know why the wifi is not turning off??

Your WiFi IS off - try pinging the IP address.

Your router just hasn't updated. Turn the iPhone off, then restart the router and watch it disappear. If you completely shut the phone off (by sliding the red button), then the WiFi will turn off - it is not possible for it to stay connected.

Yes, now you can with firmware 2.x

What??? With 2.x we can disable the phone bit of the iPhone, but leave wifi on? Why wasn't I told about this? I've been looking for a solution to this problem since the 3G came out! No more interference when listening to internet radio on my docking station! Woo hoo!

Automate phone off with wifi on

Is there a way to switch the phone function off automatically when the iphone connects to wifi and vice versa? The reason is i want to use my voip app when i have a wifi connection. The voip app conflicts with the phone function since i have the voip app forward calls to the phone (for situations where i am not connected to wifi)

EDIT: myprofiles works for this albeit with some delays of 15 minutes
