TvOS 13 - how to use Multiple Users?

Annoyingly yes, multiple times - restart Apple TV fixes it (temporarily)

Have tried restarting many times and now I’m on beta 4, still with the exact same problem.

Anyone else have a problem of not being able select users or even move the cursor at all within the control center on an Apple TV 4 with tvOS 13 beta 2?

This FINALLY works for me on tvOS beta 5.
