Well I just did the update to tvOS Beta andit went through step one and step two... and now it just keeps rebooting itself... its stuck in a loop.

Any ideas?
[doublepost=1465849075][/doublepost]Well... may have found a bug.. plugged it into a different monitor and it works fine.. it for some reason does not like my Insignia Monitor no matter what resolution I set the Apple TV to. (It was working fine with it before the update.)

can you show us a screenshot of dark mode or better a video

that's the only thing i care about in this update

Curious. I know you have to install the tvOS Beta while USB Connected to your Mac iTunes. However, will the following Beta Updates install over the air? Including the Gold Master?

Anyone have any clue how to get HomeKit to work? Siri just says no devices found.

Working fine for me with an OTA update. Dark mode looks better than the blinding white, although it looks a little strange in some apps (e.g. Plex). Maybe these will need some updates to make best use? My preference would have been 'black' rather than dark, but its a step in the right direction.

Updated remote app is brilliant and can't wait to see some Siri integration, mainly in Plex. Oh, and did I mention it now outputs in 4K :D

Wait are you saying you have 4K output via HDMI on your appletv 4?

pics of dark mode please.

4k??? How's that even possible?

Some issues I'm having...

A lot of times when I'm watching a video it will seem to lose its Internet connection and I'll get the little spinning loading thing... Only way to fix it is a reboot.

Also dark mode looks horrible on the computer app... None of the text has been updated. I hope this is a sign that the whole app is going to get redesigned. It's really been a horrible app from the get-go. The new remote is really bad to scroll through a long list with. Also I want to scroll by name and I constantly find myself sideswiping over to a different category and then having to start all over again... It's really horribly designed. I'm surprised Apple even shipped the AppleTV was such a horrible app.

Anyone else finding that you can't silence the Navigation Clicks (ie sounds when swiping) in tvOS 10?

Also, Crazy Badger mentioned an updated Remote App - is this available?

Yes available in the developer center. Needs iTunes 12.5 or Xcode 8 to install.

You guys forget... USBC is 4K capable... Maybe the HDMI port is the legacy port and they plan on using USBC for 4K

Well that wouldn't follow anyone else's way of doing it...so I don't see that happening. But... Would allow them to maybe use that for video including 4K and leave the HDMI out for audio direct to a av receiver... interesting thought. But I don't see that happening.

I also ****ed up and did the OTA Beta update.. had no idea it was for TVOS 10.. had a beta of 9.3.x installed earlier, and now I can't skip forward in the video in some apps....

Very nice (to have) dark mode though.

10 beta 1 is horrendous... I constantly have to reboot it and my remote won't respond half the time... Trying to make it to beta 2 without restoring to 9.x it's tough though.
