Oh sure, Williamsburg and Bushwick are the epicenter of Brooklyn hipster-ism, but Park Slope (and nearby Carroll Gardens) is definitely “well to do young professionals with kids”. It’s more hipster than Flatbush or Crown Heights (but Crown Heights is definitely increasing in hipster-ism) and way more than anywhere south of Prospect Park. Hard to say how it compares to Bed-Stuy on that scale, some parts of Bed-Stuy are super hipster, but it gets pretty rough the further east you go.How's that? I lived in Park Slope from 2012-2019, and it's very much not hipster at all. Williamsburg/Bushwick, sure, but Park Slope is not hipster land.
As for these stands, I get using a laptop riser, I use one myself (but that’s more to save space on my desk while I’m using an external mouse and keyboard), but I don’t really get using an iPad stand. For things like video, Apple’s cases are always sufficient, and I don’t think I’d prop a notebook at an angle in an attempt to make writing easier, and the same goes for an iPad.
