Popular accessory maker Twelve South has today announced the "SurfaceSnap" cable management solution.

SurfaceSnap features a genuine leather band, polished metal button snaps, and a strong semi-permanent adhesive to attach it to a surface. Twelve South assures that SurfaceSnap's adhesive can stick to almost any smooth surface and leaves no residue when removed, allowing it to be repositioned elsewhere.

SurfaceSnap is primarily designed to offer a slim, aesthetically-pleasing alternative to bulky cable managers that use weight to hold cables in place. The button snaps make it easy to add or remove cables, and Twelve South even suggests that the SurfaceSnap is ideal for travel.

Each pack includes two single-button cable managers and one double-winged cable manager. The Twelve South SurfaceSnap is now available online for $29.99 in Black or Dove Gray.

Twelve south has a strange offering of products these days. I think they have kind of gone down hill in terms of their brand. The only items I find that are for me are the staygo and the book book cases. Some of the other products are oddly designed or not really smartly designed that would be a draw for consumers. This one seems to fit both of those categories.

Joke of a product. Just buy this honestly

Or you can just 3D print something like this with a few cents of plastic:

Not sure what you plebs are going on about (jk). This obvious is not in most people's budget, but Twelve South does do the lower-end, Amazon-listed stuff. These look nice and are unobtrusive. Plenty of people will love them.

Budget has nothing to do with it. Every single person here can afford a 25 dollar product. It’s just silly as hell

Oh man, Those would look great in the kitchen 🙄. It’s a premium product for people who want a decent appearance instead of strictly functionality. Of course you could still use it behind your ugly computer desk where it would be a waste of money.

Everyone has their own preference.

If you don't want to spend $30 but are ok with half of that, these from Anker are awesome. The bottom has the wash and reuse double side. The cable clips fit all cables and the magnets are strong. I have recommended and bought them for tons of people as gifts.

Amazon.com: Anker Cable Management, Magnetic Cable Holder, Desktop Multipurpose Cord Keeper, 5 Clips for Lightning Cables, USB C Cables, Micro Cables, Sticks to Wood, Marble, Metal, Glass (Blue, 2 Pack): Industrial & Scientific

And all this cheapskate snark on a website dedicated to the expensive products from a company founded by a guy who famously (and fanatically) insisted that the backside and even the inside of their products had to look just as good as the front ... Steve would be very dissapointed in y‘all.
